We experimentally study the generation and storage of double slow light pulses in a Pr3+:Y2SiO5 crystal. Under electromagnetically induced transparency, a single signal pulse is stored in the spin coherence of the crystal. By simultaneously switching on two control fields to recall the stored information, the spin coherence is converted into two slow light pulses with distinct frequencies. Furthermore, the storage and controlled retrieval of double slow light pulses are obtained by manipulating the control fields. 基于爆燃压裂造缝原理,研制了可以模拟爆燃加载环境的岩石冲击开裂实验装置,为进行动载下的岩石开裂机理研究提供了实验手段。根据动量和能量守衡原理等,建立了冲击峰值压力和加压速率计算模型,模型计算结果与16次钢质岩心实验结果间平均相对误差分别为2.56%和4.04%,具有较高的精度。39次岩石冲击开裂实验结果分析表明,冲击能量和平均加压速率是影响岩石开裂以及开裂能否形成多条裂缝的主要因素;多条开裂裂缝的形成更大程度上取决于平均加压速率,且存在明显的临界平均加压速率;基于实验结果的灰色关联分析和多元二次多项式回归,建立的裂缝条数计算相关公式具有较高的精度,为油气田开发中爆燃压裂技术的机理研究和施工参数设计与控制提供重要的依据。 相似文献

A classically chaotic system consisting of a Paul trapped ion and a sequences of standing laser pulses is treated quantum-mechanically. Under the circumstance of time-dependence, we derive the transition probability from the ion‘s motional state n to n‘, and find, in the first-order approximation, the classically chaotic character disappears.Theoretical analysis and numerical calculations show that by regulating the phase parameter Ф we can control thetransition probability. We compare radiation of plasma flares produced on exposure of metals to laser radiation in a monopulse generation mode in the case of single and double pulses with change in air pressure. It is known that local refractive index change occurs when femtosecond laser pulses with extremely high peak power are launched into glass. We focused 130-femtosecond laser pulses of 800 nm into the bulk of glass and examined the shape of the induced refractive index change. We found that the length of the spot of the refractive index change along the optical axis reached about 30 μm despite the diameter being about 2 μm. To estimate the distribution of induced refractive index change, we fabricated Bragg grating by scanning the focused spot and calculated the amount of the change by applying Kogelnik’s coupled mode theory to the measured diffraction efficiencies of the higher order diffracted beams. 相似文献

A modified version of the echo-planar imaging technique incorporating a Carr–Purcell train of 180° rf pulses (PEPI) has been implemented on a standard spectrometer. It is demonstrated that artifacts in the image due to cumulative errors in the rf field can be reduced by replacing each 180° pulse by a composite sequence of three rf pulses. Artifact-free 3D images at 94 μm voxel resolution are obtained within 15 min. A method is presented for rapid and uniform sterilization and deodorization of dielectric surfaces. The technology is applicable to the inside surface of PET or glass bottles, polymer caps, plastic tubes, etc. The treatment is based on a pulsed RF discharge in air at atmospheric pressure (eventually with addition of argon) creating a nonequilibrium plasma on the treated surface. The plasma effectively destroys microorganisms in vegetative or sporulent form. It also slightly etches the polymeric material, removing some atomic layers and, thereby, cleaning it from aromatic organic components (deodorization). The process is short: PET bottles 1.5 L, in particular, can be treated in about 20 msec. The results of surface analysis and microbiological, chromatography, and spectroscopy tests are discussed. A device has been developed and integrated into an industrial-filling machine for online sterilization and deodorization of the inside surface of PET bottles before filling, and for sterilization of caps and bottle necks before seaming. It allows cold asceptic filling at a rate of 36,000 bottles per hour. 相似文献
